Pooja has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Technical Staffing and most recently, in Legal Contracts Management, Administration and Healthcare Compliance. As an HR Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist, she has been involved in various functions within HR, including, but not limited to, full life cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, HRIS, digital advertising for recruitment, reporting and analysis of HR metrics, ATS web application support, and career website maintenance.

Pooja has a Master’s in Business Administration from SDSU as well as PHR certification since 2012. Pooja has joined CBA in 2019 in the capacity of Board Member and Webmaster.
