Sandi Best is Vice President, Human Resources at National University System. 

She has worked in Human Resources for over twenty years and her background includes experience in the higher education, biotechnology, non-profit and healthcare industries. 

Sandi holds a degree in business management and holds a CCP certification from World at Work. She is currently pursuing her MBA at National University. She has been a CBA member since 2005. 

When not working, she might be found at her sewing machine making quilts and embroidering gifts for family, friends and for charity.  Sandi and her family live in Chula Vista.
