Prior to joining Alliant, Sallie was President within the San Diego & Orange County offices of a national insurance brokerage/consulting firm. Sallie’s 25+ years in benefits consulting have earned her both local and national recognition for her expertise, leadership, and commitment to clients.

Responsibilities
Grace provides clients with consulting expertise in managing their benefits programs including strategy, design, cost management, provider network analysis, administration, and implementation. Grace works with our Lead Consultants to develop a strategic plan and overseeing execution of key deliverables. Her extensive experience includes complex claims resolution, contract review and interpretation, marketing, product development, renewal negotiation, business strategy, account management and relationship development. Grace’s scope of knowledge provides the level of insight and balance needed to provide professional and reliable service to our clients.

Grace has been in the benefits industry since 2011 and with Alliant since 2022. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with emphasis in Management.
