Jennifer brings 29 years of diverse Human Resource experience contributing to domestic, global, private, and public organizations. Over her career, she has held positions in all functional disciplines within HR. For the last 20 years, her emphasis has been Compensation Management. In addition to earning her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from California State University Long Beach, Jennifer holds two World at Work professional certifications as Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Benefits Professional. Jennifer currently participates on the Board for the CBASD (Compensation and Benefits Association of San Diego) and is the Compensation Manager for Jack in the Box.
