Michelle brings over a decade of diverse HR experience, specializing in benefits, global compensation, and project management. She holds a B.A. from the University of Washington, an M.Ed. from Arizona State University, and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). A dedicated member of CBASD for the past year, Michelle is thrilled to step into her role as Treasurer, where she looks forward to fostering connections and growing the impact of compensation and benefits in San Diego.
