He works across industries—including tech, higher education, not-for-profit, retail, consumer brands, and financial services—with a focus on aligning pay with performance, peer group construction, incentive calibration, and regulatory compliance.

Simon brings deep expertise in competitive benchmarking, custom plan design, and navigating complex organizational structures, including family-owned businesses, joint ventures, and mission-driven institutions.
