Edelynne Austria-Gavino is currently the Compensation Manager at Qualcomm, bringing 18+ years of global Total Rewards leadership across high‑tech, life sciences, and government contracting industries. She specializes in compensation strategy, job architecture, HRIS enablement, and workforce analytics, with a strong track record of harmonizing total rewards programs, and leading annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles. Prior to joining Qualcomm, she drove enterprise compensation and benefits initiatives at Thermo Fisher Scientific, ESET, CPS HR, Cubic, and SAIC.  Edelynne holds an MS in Human Resources Management (University of Maryland–University College), a BS in Family Studies (University of Arizona), and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM‑CP certifications. A Washington, D.C. area native, Edelynne has been a CBA member for more than 10 years and currently serves on the Board as a Programs Co‑Chair.
