Roger is the Senior Compensation Program Manager for TaylorMade Golf Company in Carlsbad, California, and has over 15 years of specialized compensation experience and 25 plus years total experience in the field of Human Resources.  Roger is a current CCP and has been a member of the CBA Board for over 10 years.  Roger also runs a part-time compensation consulting business in the San Diego area and has previously held positions at Cal State San Marcos and Sea Ray Boats.

Roger has volunteered his time to various nonprofit business organizations such as the North County Personnel Association (now NCHR), the Auxiliary Organizations Association (Cal State University Auxiliary System) and was also a member of the original team that developed the first versions of the California PHR/SPHR certification exams.
