Susie currently works as an independent HCM and Compensation Architect Consultant. She started her career in accounting roles where she became intimately familiar with Excel. She made the jump to HRIS where she further refined her Excel skills as she supported complex companies with a wide variety of needs for data manipulation both as a corporate employee & as a consultant. HR & IT teams have often requested she provide Excel training to assist others to enhance their skill set. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge so they can work more efficiently. She supports continued excel learnings to teams she supports by providing a "Tip of the Week" in team meetings.
Susie brings multiple industry experience to her engagements sharing practical real-world examples from the following industries: aerospace, healthcare systems, medical device manufacturing, financial products, commercial property management, communications, personal care products, building/landscape supply distribution, food distribution, commercial vehicle services, RV sales & service, gambling casino, educational institution, marketing services, & geophysical survey.
