Kelly Rocke has over a decade of experience in People Analytics, built on a strong foundation in HR. She began my career as an HR Generalist before transitioning into HR systems and analytics, leveraging a deep understanding of how all HR functions operate to drive data-informed decision-making. Passionate about providing a streamlined approach to business processes and people analytics, Kelly focuses on HR strategic initiatives that combine technology and data management to enhance data-driven decision making. She brings extensive experience with multiple HR systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation and business processes to her work in People & Workforce Analytics.
