Dianna is an independent strategic Human Resources Total Rewards Consultant with over 30 years of experience who focuses on helping clients on a project basis. Her client relationships benefit from her extensive industry experience in high technology, biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical and other life sciences, plus supply chain/logistics and renewable/sustainable energy industries. She is also a champion for wellness initiatives and has a passion for designing programs that address performance, career development and employee engagement challenges. Dianna holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work and currently serves as Program Chair for the Compensation & Benefits Association of San Diego (CBASD).
