Health and Well-Being Benefits Opportunities Post COVID-19

COVID-19 has shined a spotlight on the HR department – and specifically the benefits function – within organizations. The unprecedented stress the pandemic has placed on all dimensions of employee well-being has led HR leaders to reexamine the current benefits portfolio for any gaps /improvement opportunities. This session will provide the HR professional with the independent insight to:

1) Understand the concept of employee well-being and how it translates to improved employee engagement and performance and, ultimately, organizational success;

2) Identify the key issues for employees post COVID-19 and how the benefits portfolio can be leveraged to address deficiencies with regard to employee well-being;

3) Achieve substantive cost savings from the current benefits portfolio to enable these benefits enhancements with minimal disruption to employees;

4) Construct benefits portfolios that both foster well-being and address diversity and inclusionary efforts within an organization;

5) Present and validate benefits ROI opportunities and results to key organizational stakeholders and executive leadership.
