Kellen is the Compensation Analyst for TaylorMade Golf Company in Carlsbad, California. Previously he worked as a HR Generalist at a commercial construction consulting firm.

Kellen has a Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University San Bernardino and is currently working towards his CCP. Kellen joined the CBA in 2023 in the capacity of Board Member and Webmaster.
