Hello and welcome CBA Members! 

We are coming back to the Courtyard (Finally!!).  We are planning this meeting to celebrate us coming back together in-person.  We are hoping to spend a little time just catching up with one another at this event. We plan to have a very loose agenda for the meeting but mostly will be an opportunity to re-connect with friends and colleagues and meet new ones!

Topics we expect to discuss will be:

• Compensation Budgets for 2023
• New Legislation Affecting Compensation/Benefits
• New Tools of the Trade (new products/vendors/programs etc.)
• Mid-Year Compensation Actions
• Retention Strategies
• Benefit Communication Strategies in a Remote Environment

Our moderators for the event will be 3 of our current Board Members.  Please plan on bringing any questions you have for the group as we will be giving everyone the opportunity to open any topic for discussion.
