Join us for a presentation by Catherine Rusch, HUB International’s Health & Performance Consultant, as she explores how fostering a culture of care within an organization directly enhances employee engagement, performance, and retention. Through examples and practical strategies, the session highlights how organizations can align values with actions, and empower managers to lead with compassion. The ultimate goal is to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to contribute their best.

Catherine Rusch
Health & Performance Consultant

Catherine is a Health & Performance Consultant who partners with small to mid-size clients to develop strategic workplace wellbeing programs. She uses her health and behavior change background to tailor wellbeing programs to specific organizations and employee populations using a human-centered approach with an emphasis on building thriving and healthy company cultures.
Over 15 years of experience in Social Work and digital health coaching informs her work as a wellness consultant. As a Health & Performance consultant at HUB, Catherine collaborates with clients on wellbeing solutions at every stage of development: supporting both company and employee wellbeing priorities in a dynamic and evolving workforce.
Catherine also has experience and a passion for developing internal company wellness programming that demonstrates improved employee engagement, connection and belonging; supporting them to feel and perform their best at work.
Catherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Social Work at Columbia University School of Social Work. She is a licensed Life and Health Agent, CA (LIC: #4306925). Outside of work, Catherine enjoys travel, painting, and days at the beach.
