Hello CBA Members! 

We are hosting our next monthly meeting “webinar style” once again and have invited a special guest from WorldatWork to join us.  Sherry Johnson, Manager of Affiliates for WorldatWork, will be joining us for the first part of our meeting to discuss all the tools available to our members because of our local affiliate relationship.  There are numerous tools developed for your learning and development we want you to know about.  We’d also like to take this time to let you connect with WorldatWork and discuss all the exciting upcoming educational classes, certifications and other events they have planned or will be planning.

The second part of the meeting will be spent watching an excellent video available on the Learner Dashboard.  The video’s title is “Personalization of Rewards – Flexible Rewards are Required for the New Shape of Work.”  We will watch this video and then open the floor to discussion.

We will also be leaving some time for networking on this call at both the beginning and end of the call.
