Join us for a presentation by Deloitte Consulting, LLP focused on the following:
- Pay transparency laws vary by location. Organizations that operate in multiple jurisdictions often face a number of different requirements. Additionally, as states and other municipalities continue to adopt pay transparency regulations, organizations may now be grappling with how to comply.
- Approaches to pay transparency differ. Some multi-jurisdictional employers adhere to minimum compliance requirements, others provide full transparency, and still others do something in between.

Kim is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Workforce Transformation practice. She partners primarily with Financial Services organizations to solve their most critical workforce problems and create tailored experiences that allow them to attract, motivate and retain top talent. Kim has extensive experience in helping her client modernize and optimize their job, pay and talent strategies; focusing in the areas of job architecture and skills design/implementation, compensation analysis, and pay program and salary structure design. She frequently partners with global clients seeking new talent programs in support of broader workforce or technology transformations, requiring close partnership with technology teams to optimize system functionality and preparation of strategies to support change management efforts.

Senior Manager, Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting, LLP | Compensation and Total Rewards Leader
Dayna is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Compensation Strategies practice and has over 30 years of experience in compensation management. Before joining Deloitte, Dayna spent two decades in the higher education, healthcare, and travel industries. At Deloitte, Dayna has helped clients build pay structures, revise compensation policy/processes, create new job architecture systems, and assess their total rewards market competitiveness. Dayna has her bachelor's in Business Administration from Cal Poly SLO, her MBA from Pepperdine, and will be completing her Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC in May 2024.
