Hello CBA Members! 

We are coming back to Neurocrine Biosciences for our first Networking Event of 2023!  We are hoping to spend a little time just catching up with one another at this event. We plan to have a very loose agenda for the meeting but mostly will be an opportunity connect with friends and colleagues and meet new ones!

  - Are you reporting full ranges or something else?
  - Did you have to create any structure?
  - What is going forward plan for positions outside CA?
• Pay Data Reporting
  - Are you ready for the new info required on Contractors?
• Economic Forecast for Comp & Benefits
  - How are things trending for 2023?
  - Did you execute your planned comp budget changes?
  - Any cutbacks?
