 Sriram Rajaram is a Senior Director at Qualcomm, where he currently leads Executive Compensation and M&A, helping shape leadership pay programs and compensation strategy during major corporate transactions. Over the past decade, he has held several roles in global rewards, including leading total rewards strategy across the Asia-Pacific region for the company. Earlier in his career, he led Rewards Consulting for the technology sector at Aon, advising major technology companies on compensation and workforce strategy.


 

Jennifer Schofield

Sr Director, Group Rewards Leader

 Jennifer Schofield is a Global Total Rewards Leader with over 20 years of HR / TR experience, currently serving as Senior Director and Group Rewards Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she shapes global compensation and incentive strategies and lead rewards integration for major M&A transactions. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, she now lives near the beach in Carlsbad, CA with her husband, two kids, and their cat.  Jen aims to bring a strategic focus and a strong sense of fun to work.

 Ryan Cameron is a Senior Director in WTW’s Work and Rewards practice with over 10 years of consulting experience, across a wide range of industries and company structures. Ryan is a global subject matter expert in Incentive Design, Private Equity Portfolio Companies, pre-IPO companies, and transactions. A significant portion of his work is advising companies on compensation matters to build strong governance and help companies attract, retain, and motivate the talent needed to achieve business results.
