Justin Hampton is the Founder and CEO of CompTool: A compensation software platform built on 15 years of hands-on compensation experience. CompTool helps compensation analysts make smarter, data-driven pay decisions through its core analytics platform and Squirrel, a real-time job posting aggregation and market data engine. Justin combines deep domain expertise in compensation strategy with a product-first approach to solving the problems he's lived firsthand. Craig Sabol is Vice President of HR Technology & AI Strategy at Danaher, where he leads the deployment of AI-driven solutions across the HR function. He approaches this work as a practitioner, learning alongside teams, like compensation, as AI reshapes how organizations think about HR. What energizes him most are the second-order possibilities that are still hard to see: the deeper shifts in work and talent that AI may unlock in ways we're only beginning to imagine. Kam Horvath is Senior Director of Global Compensation at Danaher, where he leads the enterprise strategy, design, infrastructure, policies, and deployment of the company’s compensation programs. While an AI optimist, he’s eager to ensure a human-first approach when collaborating on automation and AI initiatives. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, two daughters and a dog that looks like him.
